If you don't find them, you can easily make your own. The strips are just flat strips of steel and secured with small machine screws and nuts.

I have taken the measurements of the GPW grease chart brackets from GPW 17331. It is most probably a field modification on my jeep applied during its service life in the US.
It seems that not many of the Ford kits have survived, but as I said earlier it it is easy to make your own out of flat steel strip 1 inch wide and 1/16th thick.
Note that on GPW17331 the strips are not exactly square on the hood / bonnet. Fitted from the factory it probably would have been exact (with Ole Henry looking over your shoulder)
**Just noticed I put the screw measurements for the short strip on the sketch the wrong way round, but the photo shows them correct**
