You should contact Mike. His GPW jeep body is VEP, as is, and perhaps is removed from the frame for restoration.

Hi Michal.
In looking at your tub, I see a few things to stay with.
The captive nuts are incorrect for a Ford Tub.
- both on coverups body panels (eg rear wheel well for foot steps) and also on the front floor around the transmission and brake holes.
- these trans/brake ones will be harder to replace/fix than it seems as originals are a piece of drilled and threaded flat bar pressed and swaged in.
The lack of #10-24 studs on the firewall for the 2 post junction block.
6 post junction block and wiring clip? Holes look to be missing. They are for a #10 pan head slotted sheet metal screw if that helps.
Wiring loom tabs on the floor are too long. I can’t recall length but not that long. Maybe on thehenryford.com there maybe a drawing showing the tabs.
GPW tubs have a flat head nails in the hat channel a few inches (I’d need to check exactly) in from the end of the hat channel to hold the hat channel wood in place.
There are body to chassis mounting missing in your rear floor hat channel and maybe the front toe board gusset channel too.
Tow board gussets are missing the body bolt hold down ‘tabs’. A piece about 2” long, riveted to the gusset and bolted to the chassis.
Steps. A ford tub has separate steps to the 1/4 panel above them. The drawings are on theHenryford.com uneder gpw cowl panel from memory. This is a simple but distinctive to a gpw tub. There should be a seam between the panel and the step, not a smooth bend like on an ACM1/2 tub (like on your repro shown).
Angle brace- passenger side floor. I don’t recall this on a ford tub but I’d need to go back and look again to be 100%
I’ll keep looking and keep posting. I can get photos of most of these for you. I’ll try to post them here so you can see.
Ian.

Re: VEP Ford GWP body details photos needed.
Hi Michal, I have GPW17331 with its original body. Only one photo of the underside of the tub, just before it was sent out to be sandblasted.
Hope it helps.
As Ian stated, you are missing the holes for mounting the body to the frame/chassis. The hole for the fuel line from the tank is also missing on your body.
On my body there are only 3 strips for mounting the wiring loom to the rear lights: one in the corner where the hatchannel has a bend, one just to the rear of the fueltank sump and one on the rearmost hat channel next to the body bolt hole.
Hope it helps.
