Just picked up my next project - a 1951 M38. Chassis and drivetrain are restored and ready-to-go. Body needs restoration.
I'm still going through and inventorying the large stash of parts that came with the purchase. On one of the fenders the hat channel frame mounting brace is rotted through though the rest of the fender is pristine. Looking at the SNL WO-A2843 and WO-A2844 are the parts for the left and right fender. These seem to be the same part number as the MB. Just want to check and make sure the fenders are the same, other than mounting holes.
Second Q - is there any equivalent to jeepdraw for the M38 body?
EDIT: This is the part for an MB/GPW https://www.rfjp.com/p-2030-mb-gpw-fend ... a2843.aspx

Re: Fender brace and a question
Yes the fender brace is the same as is the CJ2A. Fenders are interchangeable, dimensionally. No Jeep draw for the M38; get the SNL. As for sheet metal, it is mostly modified CJ parts. but the Green book, and pictures are all you need. And it is all being made new.
