I just noticed that a PM I sent is in the Outbox and not in the Sent Items, like it is stuck. Is there an issue?

Normally it remains there until read by the adressee…or if your PM box is full.
I have a PM in my outbox since 2024 as the message was never read by the addressee.

that’s totally normal. Outbox means it’s still queued and hasn’t been read yet. As soon as the receiver reads it, it’ll flip over to Sent Items.
