Hi everybody, I'm in France so excuse me if my english is not very good.

I own some US military vehicule (jeep dodge gmc weasel...) and a 1/4t trailer body, which looks like strange because nobody can tell me if it's a bantam or willys. I hope I will find here specialists?
the number on the frame is 27927W. the shock absorbers fixations look like willys and bantam. I have read on books that on bantam they are riveted on the side and welded on the bottom, shock absorbers are fixed with a nut. on my trailer, the fixations are riveted on the side and welded on the bottom, shock absorbers are fixed with split pin. look at pictures.

can someone tell me who is the manufacturer of this trailer and also an approximate date of manufacture.

thanks
philippe
