Has anyone experience of this company?

Post by tizzard » Thu Feb 13, 2020 11:16 am

Hi. I was wondering if anyone had any experience of dealing with JEEP PARTS JEF? I do not have a problem but wanted to know if anyone has used them. In particular I need an early Slat Grill speedo and in the absence of finding an original I thought I might put in a repro for the time being. This company seem to be the only people advertising such a product. Thanks Andrew

Wasn"t JMP making repos and Ron carrying them?

Why not post this question on the slat grill forum? I have a Slat speedo I would sell for the right price, its gonna need probably a major rebuild, I see some prices mentioned on the Slat forum for repairs but who knows whats accurate as compared to what might be wrong with this one.

Hi Adam
JMP were selling a really good reasonably priced repro slat grill speedometer but they've sold out and don't know if they are going to restock. As for original I keep missing out on original ones in any condition. I've been told the mechanism has to be in reasonable condition otherwise they are a write off but who knows! Andrew

Hi Tizzard.
We (JMP) will be making another batch of slat speedos later this year if you can hang on until then. we have been messing around for the last year , getting the calibration bang on.
we also have 30 amp gauges coming same time.
Thanks

I heard about them, no bad things at all. Do they still deliver with the current situation as it is in Europe?
