We are ON for September 17-22, 2019 at Plymouth, CA! Same venue as last April. Info is now up on he MVCC forum here:

Event info is now up at www.MVCCNews.net including layout maps for the two camping areas, a campsite reservation form, Daily Briefing (tentative activities schedule). The event post on the MVCC forum on the G has been updated as has the event flyer shown below. We encourage spreading the news about the event and its new venue by emailing this flyer around. I can send a PDF version if you send an email request.

Was asked to remind everyone the 49 RV Village has a four night minimum for our discounted group rate. No minimum stay on the fairgrounds tent camping side.

Of course commuters from home or hotel may rent campsites on either side for vending or displays. No vendor fee otherwise.

The camping reservation form on www.MVCCNews.net is for MVCC members and non-members, despite how it reads.

When you read the part at the bottom about MVs needing current registration and a license plate on the rear, and you are considering not bringing your MV to the meet, please contact the MVCC president or a Board member to find out if they really mean it. Personally I think it's more about having liability insurance for your vehicles.
