Make sure that fresh wheel cylinders are available, fronts are scarce enough, rears are IH pistol type and very expensive when found.

Rear wheel cylinders are being reproduced now. Off shore of course but at least available. Not cheap either but well worth it since most originals are pretty rusted and pitted if you can even get them apart. Ebay of course.
Definitely save it. I like IHC the best.
I agree that correct 8.25x20 tires will drive you into the poor house though...That's why mine will have regular 8.25 traction tires or possibly M35 style 9.00x20's. I'm a long ways from needing to worry about tires yet.

Just a little humor intended boys :). As for the 8.25 X 20's, they don't have to be purchased ALL at once, spread 'em out over the course of the restoration...... Just dig how BEAUTYFULL she'll be when finished :D !!

Well got her home, she does roll. The engine is frozen, so filled the cylinders with marvel and will let her set for a while. It will give me time to gather parts. She already has 9:00-20’s on it so will probably stick with that.

Nice job. I envy your lack of white stuff on the ground.
Does it still have the 361 engine with updraft system on it? Most of mine have had the engines replaced and only one still has the updraft system intact.

She does have the 361 engine. It does have a down draft carb. The frame has been plated and stretched. She came out of a gravel pit then worked on the farm from the 50’s on. The stretch was very cleanly done.

Looks like she was built for the Navy, 1/45

I have a vision:

I have this quickway crane that would fit nicely on the back of that.

Do it!

I too have a quickway still on the Coleman chassis. Came out of Hanford, Wa. I have the Buda in the truck running but still haven't had time to get to the upper engine. Says my photo is too large to attach.
