Ford GP for Sale

Post by shaggyax1 » Tue Nov 06, 2018 3:24 pm

I'm going to sell my restored Ford GP. It currently has a generator motor in it and everything looks correct, however I bought a correct GP motor 4 years ago from Brad Gates to drop in it but I just never got around to doing that. $45,000 OBO. Here it is when I bought it in 2013. Thanks, Mark

Here are some more photos. If anyone can help me on a price range I'd appreciate it. Time to sell her. Thanks.

Mark, in Europe you would be looking upwards of £40000, about $55000. I also noted earlier that Steve McQueens Willys MB is up for auction in England next week. It is expected to fetch between £80000, to £100,000. :o

Mark Jesic is very keen to tell everybody how much stuff is worth in UK and Europe, what you dont seem to understand Mark is that its 1000s of miles away and costs money to get it home and all the risk factor..if they are so cheap in the states and worth a fortune over here why arent you buying them all..
making the statements like you do about everything is stupid for the guys in the uk that are looking to purchase a jeep in the states,as soon as they hear the English accent the price will double..best thing to do is keep your big gob shut,,your an idiot, and its not only me that thinks so....

Yorkshireman, you know European prices are crazy, i dont agree with these high price either, its what they are over here. Sorry you feel like that about me, but your entitled to your opinion. As for me buying all the jeeps, well i have the jeep i want, so there is no need, and i am not a dealer either, Yes i wish our prices would fall.

Chris, shipping a container overseas is not prohibitively expensive.

Back to the topic at hand....it seems that this GP has an incorrect speedometer and gauge cluster? I thought GP’s had 0-100 mph Walthams?

IMHO No apology is needed or called for in Yorkshireman's statement. I think that his opinion was right on.

Yes Michael O you are correct the speedo cluster is incorrect but easily fixed. Nice GP

Roger
