The way it's incorrectly worded and spelling makes me think of a scammer, but that aside, it was not done by US military. The ROPs was late 80's crap, and it wouldnot have appeared on a test bed vehicle (nor a mid seat blocking access to the rear seat...)
Bet that rear tire set skids around in a radius tight turn, but this could cure the roll over tendancy easily.
Fun vehicle for maybe 2K (remember, no engine) but at 5K someone's going to make a mistake and spend a lot of money finding out it was a post military Mod.

You know, If you got creative on that rear suspension and used air bags instead of springs and had a pull up spring then all you would need to do is figure out what air pressure is right to get the same ground pressure as the front set and when on the road dump the air and they raise up. Think tri-axle dump truck. Hmmmm. That could come in real handy off road too.
