4 Nov. Fri. – Manassas City Museum, from 1800 – 2000 hours. Looking for military vehicles from any era for this important two-hour event. This will be the ribbon cutting ceremony to launch the museums “Fighting the Global War on Terrorism” display. 6 Nov. Sun. - Annual Veterans Day Parade in Brunswick Md. The club is not registered. (there is no DC parade scheduled)

11 Nov. Fri. - Veteran’s Day Ceremony, VFW Post 1177 @ George Marshall House, Leesburg Va. Period uniforms and equipment are welcome. Starts at 0930. Contact Dennis Boykin. boykindennis@yahoo.com

11 Nov, Fri. - Fraternal Order of Eagles Military Vehicle Display from 1100 – 1600. All types of military vehicle’s and / or military displays are welcome. Free lunch for drivers and all military veterans that attend. Lunch is from 1200 – 1300 hours. The event is on Cool Springs Road in Fredericksburg Va. From Route 17 headed east, cross Route 1 and cross the RR tracks, turn right onto Cool Springs Road. From Route 95 in either direction, use Exit 133 B towards Falmouth, then right onto Cool Springs Road. This event is to honor all past, present, and future Military personnel.

12 Nov. Sat. –Manassas 8th Annual Veteran’s Day Parade, in Old Town Manassas, Va.
Lineup is at 0930 hours. Our Club is registered and military vehicles from all eras are welcome to attend. This year’s Parade will honor Veteran First Responders. We are Division “A”. Our staging area will be along the one-way portion of Quarry Road next to Seaton High School. We will be lined up facing North East. I’ll be there early for our lineup. We are invited to display our vehicles at the Manassas Museum after the Parade for those interested. Email me if you have questions. On the day of the Parade my cell is 703-402-8972.

8 Dec, Fri. – In conjunction with the Stafford County Government, the Fraternal Order of Eagles are hosting an event from 0900 – 1200. This event is a ceremony and luncheon to honor the service of 18 surviving WW2 veterans from the area. All types of military vehicles are welcome. The idea being to have military vehicles posted in the parking lot in honor of these 18 men for their service. The event is at “21 Cool Springs Road” in Fredericksburg Va. Directions: From Route 17 headed east, cross Route 1 and cross the RR tracks, turn right onto Cool Springs Road. The Eagles event center will come up on your left, look for their sign and large parking lot. From Route 95 in either direction, use Exit 133 B towards Falmouth, then right onto Cool Springs Road. 4 March, Sat. – Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in Old Town Alexandria. I will have some more final details out next month. We will be registered for this event.

11-13 May, 2017 - WAC/BGMVT Rally, Ripken Field

22-23 July, 2017 – WW II Weekend, River Front Park, Berwick Md.

16 Sept. 2017 - Convoy to Liberate New Oxford. From Eisenhower NHS. Battle in New Oxford at 0900. About 70 Allied and Axis WWII vehicles participate with 500 troops.

16 Sept. 2017 – National Park Service, Prince William Forest Park, 2017 Heritage Festival, Military Vehicle Displays welcome. The Park requests people to participate and share knowledge and skills for the public. Our expertise helps visitors connect with the vast resources of the Park.
