4 July, Sat: National Independence Day Parade, Wash DC. Lineup 1045, parade starts at 1145. From 7th St down Constitution Ave. Club is registered.

4 July, Sat: Dale City, VA Independence Day Parade. Parade starts at 1000. Lineup on Dale Blvd starts at 0915. Club is registered.

4 July, Sat: Town of Leesburg Independence Day parade: Show time is NLT 09:30 at Ida Lee Park at the north end of King Street in Leesburg. POC is the Town of Leesburg event coordinator (http://tinyurl.com/peetvw5). If you're bringing a MV and you'd like to line up with VFW Post 1177, let Dennis Boykin know - (703) 346-4857 or "boykin_dennis @ yahoo.com" and we'll register you with our group - you won't need to register yourself.

10 July, Fri: Celebrate Damascus Parade, Damascus, MD. Parade starts at 1900 (7pm), line up at 1800 north of the Damascus High School on Bethesda Church Road. All vintage MVs welcome. Contact Allan Rea for more info if you want to attend at allanrea@hotmail.com Mobile 301-646-0002.

11 July, Sat: Celebrate Damascus, Damascus, MD Static display 0900-1600 in park and ride lot at Woodfield Road and New Church. All MVs and impressions welcome for this “show and tell” event. Safe storage for MV and trailer / camping 2 miles away if you are planning on attending the parade and the open house. 11-12 July, Sat-Sun: VA. WW2 Weekend at Sully Historic Site off route 28 near Dulles. Hours 1000 to 1600 Sat, 1000 to 1500 Sun. The same exit as the Air and Space Museum Annex. 25 July, Thur: Brandy Station VA volunteer fire department parade. Parade starts at 1830 (6:30 pm). If you would like to participate, let me know and I will send you their flyer. Individual registration.

12-13 Sep, Sat-Sun: WW2 Weekend, Rippon Lodge, Woodbridge, VA.

19-20 Sep, Sat: Eisenhower National Historic Site WWII Weekend. Display your WWII vehicle during the WWII living history weekend with authentic recreations of Allied and German army camps. Several hundred men and women from over forty organizations will portray military and civilian personnel from the European Theater in 1944. Throughout the weekend, WWII veterans will share their experiences in the European and Pacific Theaters.

18-19 Sep, Fri-Sat: Battle and Liberation of New Oxford: Join the 50 plus WWII MV convoy from Eisenhower Farm in Gettysburg to New Oxford PA as we drive to liberate the French town of Nouveau Oxford. Registration is required as well as WWII uniforms and equipment. Please visit http://www.liberationofnewoxford.com for re-enactor details and the registration form. 18-19 Sep, Fri-Sat: Joint Base Andrews Air Show 2015: The 2015 JB Andrews Air Show committee is looking for historic military vehicles to display alongside the military warbird static displays. This year's show is 18 and 19 September. Vehicles must be in place the evening of 17 September (with some exceptions early morning 18 September) and remain in place until the end of the show on 19 September (approximately 5:00PM). If you would like to display your vehicle, RSVP by 17 August to Lt Col Joe Galletti (Air Show HMV coordinator, '44 MB owner, and WAC/B&G MVT member) at joseph.a.galletti.mil@mail.mil. He will provide more details and an information sheet for you to provide vehicle information to the Air Show Committee.
