Steviem, sorry but I have too many projects of my own :)

Thanks for comments and links. Good news, my jeep engine started, but always
some set backs. Once engine was warm, a sneaky crack in the cyl head started
to leak coolant. Pulled a spare head and sent for planning at engine shop.

I have ordered enough body parts from Joes motor pool, to complete restoring
the tub, hopefully this year. Goal is to have the painted tub on before end of year.

Finally the radiator was ready. Waited 3 months for it. Re cored using G503 members
repro cores.

Body cowl and sides back from sandblasters. I used Upol #2 weld through primer on it.
Great stuff, fast drying and no problem welding or spot welding through it.
Sadly the sides are not in best shape, tub at some point tore off at the back
and poorly welded back together.

Thank you Mark,

Grill worked on. A few issues to repaired.

Faint F mark, sadly surface rust there.

Some of the square nut brackets were damaged removing grill years ago:

Not 100% happy with this. The repro brackets I got years ago are too thin and side legs not as long as originals,
so my spot welder arms do not center weld.
I might get better repros and change this out again......

Lower corner dent. Had to take out the square nut there to get better access
to repairing this.

Lower mounting hole elongated and spot weld broken. Hammered straight,
sandblasted, primed and re spot welded:
