Hello Ivan ,

That is wonderful news that you got your jeep !!!!
Well Done Ivan :D :D :D !!!
You will have a great time working on it !!!

You will be this jeep's Hero now :D :D :D
Just imagine all the history your jeep has seen !!!
You also got a pile of great parts with it.
Just take it slow and steady and it will come together very nicely !!

We are looking forward to more pictures as you get it cleaned up and to
see what you have there :D :D

Don't throw away any parts until you know they are not from your jeep !!!

NOTE : It looks like I see an important little bracket, part of your windshield, screwed onto the front of the passenger's side rear wheel well. That little piece with the one curved edge, attaches to the top of your windshield frame, allowing the hood latch to hold your windshield down to the hood when driving. There are 2 needed on the upper frame of your windshield.
Far right and left upper inside of the top tube.
There should be screw holes in your frame to attach them.

Best Regards,
Ray

I believe that hole on the right hand rear was made by a previous owner for a trailer socket. It is not original, because the trailer socket, when fitted, is on the LEFT hand rear.
Good luck with your jeep!!

Hello to all
Here's a little news, nothing special.I started to peel off the paint all the way to the sheet metal. There are a lot of holes so I will have to find out which ones remain and which ones need to be welded.

Hello Ivans,

That is what I like to see !!!
Taking action to start the restoration, it is looking good, and you can see the areas that you
can start work on :D :D :D

It will be a great restoration of a decent body tub !!

The steel looks good, just certain areas were cut away.
Find replacement sheet metal parts and you can really get it coming together :D :D :D

Keep us posted !!

Best Regards,
Ray

Hello
Here I am after a while. Lots of other responsibilities and work so I didn't do anything on the Jeep. Mostly I was just looking for parts, and I found some intersting thing whit papers...
After removing the body from the chassis, it was found that the chassis is quite bad.So I decided to move the body to another chassis that is in great condition.
