We also need to honor the memory of those who gave their lives for our freedom.

Hello Milan,

Wow what a great update on your beautiful jeep, and the travels you have been on with her !!
She looks beautiful, you have done an incredible job, I like the new parts you have added :D :D

Where did you find an nos gas can strap ??

Pilsen celebrations must have been a great event, I saw a video another G member posted, and there were hundreds of restored vehicles there !

I will keep looking for the address to send you for the Czech Family, it is here somewhere !!

Thanks for posting the great pictures of your Jeep travels, we all really like seeing this,
and the restored vehicles doing again what they are meant to do :D :D :D

PS- What castle ruins are you parked in front of in picture number 1 ?
It and your jeep look real nice :D :D

Best Regards,
Ray

Hello Milan,

What does this monument represent, I see the 1914-1918 for WW1, but the names and dates from the 1800's, what does that represent ?
A nice well maintained monument !

Best Regards,
Ray

Hi Ray, thank you for the praise :-), I had a bit of trouble with the straps , but I managed to get all the types that are on the Jeep original NOS : -) the one on the canister is from E bay , otherwise the memorial is from the first world war , there are a lot of such preserved ones in our country , they are the names of the fallen in the great war , only by name you can find out if they fought for Austria-Hungary , or were in the legions in France or Russia , they were instrumental in the creation of our state after the first world war . -) The castle you asked about is called Drum and the drum was in their banner as an emblem of the knights who inhabited it since 1349 :-) with regards Milan. :D

That ancient castle sounds very interesting, nice painting as well, I bet that there are a lot of artifacts under ground in and around it :D :D :D
Such incredible history all around !!!
I wonder what a metal detector would find, of course if that is legal there :D :D
Here in Florida, I found an arrow head that is dated 6,000 years B.C. !!
Which makes it over 8,000 years old :D :D :D
Hard to believe, but it is true.

I am always amazed at what can be found NOS, those straps are a great find !
I just got some NOS Ford GPW inner axle oil seals and installed them.
They are like new, and the leather seal is still perfect.

Best Regards,
Ray

After a long time again some progress in fine tuning details :-) ,
correct tank protection plate without wooden insert , original CB headlights , and a couple of NOS parts obtained from MB 45 , which I replaced with parts from M201 and GPW. :-) and finally NOS glove box door with correct knob , and as last NOS CB reflector from Jeff , which I missed one , thanks again for sending it :-). :D :D
