Hi everybody  !
First thing, thanks pgcf for your confirmation and your informations !!!
Some news about my MB since July..... :D
Engine has been reinstalled on the frame, and the body too. I've tried to fix a lot of original bolts ( A, cTR, aTR, TR20 & EC...) and some "good" repro's.

Hello !
Here is MB -43 number 237587 date is 5-25-43
The car was brought to Finland in 1956, after that I know where the car has been.
Do you have any idea where these cars, made almost at the same time, were delivered in 1943?
I would have been interested in this information.
Thanks in advance.

David,

You are doing a great job. I do not see any of your latest questions answered on the following subjects for a May '43 MB:

1. Long needle Speedometer - Yes
2. 2 piece skid plate (it bolts to cross member and frame - Yes
3. ACM I body with Type I suppression for bonding straps and star washers and mounting bolts - google G503 and the topic

My '43 MB is 237366 dated 24 May and everything I have listed was on the jeep before I restored it.

All of this is clearly identified in the Lloyd White series of books. You can get them from Jeepest since you are in France.

Keep up the good work.

Esko,

Congratulations. Willys only had one factory but there are no records of where they went.

Mine stayed in the US and I found it on the East Coast about 35 years ago.

One of my friends had an MB with your DOD. He found his jeep in Colorado about 25 years ago.

Good Luck,
Peter
