MB368254

Post by Frank » Fri Jun 27, 2008 12:47 am

MB328254 was delivered to my house last week
It was sold from the Norwegian army in 1985, but not used since then. The first owner took the body, fenders, hood, windshield and radiator guard off and shipped those items up North before he trailered the chassie up there himself....

It was stored in Finnmark(Northern Norway) for some years before it was sold and transported to Oslo. Body, fenders, hood etc was put back on with a few small bolts and the rest was keept in place with wire, strings and tape

They had done "notting" to so I feel I can place it in the unrestored category

MB368254
Dod 9-7-44
Body 116248
Hood: 20629880-S

Is there any jeeps here close to that s/n? I would like to find out if it is a good match.....Jim....Rene....PLEASE have a look in your files and help me out here.

Thanks for the info Jim.
Have not checked the engine s/n..... I belive it is a post War engine from an M38. Casting number starts with 64xxxx.
I will have a closer look and see if I can find a s/n.
