Hey SPDMIT034 (speed mit?) anyway,
Very nice looking jeep, I like the dual fuel cans on the back...something you don't see all that often. I also like the overlaid stencils on the hood. Nice accouterments that you've added. Its good to see someone using a flame for bodywork, its a fading art. What do you have strapped to the front with the mattock?
Tiger.

Its a what? I don't understand. You have to remember, I'm only one notch smarter than the mattock itself! :D Thanks for further explanation. Tiger.

Hey Karl, I was just referring to the oxy/acetylene torch he is using in one picture. It looks like he's welding up holes with it instead of a MIG or TIG welder, see the heat circles on the left side of the dash board...looks like they're from the torch. I might be wrong, he might be using it for something else.

Nice work, of which you can be proud. One only question, with due respect: isn't this the Original Unrestored WWII Jeeps forum?

Nice Jeep & great restoration work, this may be the "un-restored" section, but despite looking I have never been able to find "the restored" section.

Hey, he had an "original unrestored jeep" then he restored it and I guess he wanted to show it off like everyong else does here on the gee. Since I think that for all intents and puroposes, the only "Original Unrestore WWII Jeeps" are at the bottom of the Pacific, Atlantic and other large bodies or water, the definition is open to some interpretation.

Nice work on that jeep by the way....he's new and English is not his strongest suit, but he's got a nicely "Restored'....original unrestored WWII jeep....post anything you want and someone will try to help you get it to the proper forum.

Since I think that for all intents and puroposes, the only "Original Unrestore WWII Jeeps" are at the bottom of the Pacific, Atlantic and other large bodies or water, the definition is open to some interpretation.
Giving our new friend some slack, because of the language barrier, is certainly a good thing, and perfectly fitting with the gee spirit.
However, in normal circumstamces, a restored jeep does not belong to this forum. On the other side one could legitimately assume that by original unrestored we can include all jeeps that have not yet been restored, even if in part molested or bubbacized. As long as no one has yet attempted to turn the clock backwards by restoring them to their in service condition.
The issue has been brought up before. Possibly, only the person who decided to include this forum could tell us the reasons why and the goal.
His definition of original unrestored WWII Jeeps is the definition we should all conform to.

The above does not by any mean affect our warmest welcome pour le nouvel ami.
