ford script question

Did early Ford script GPW's still have the small "F" on the floor near the drivers side transmission hump?

Yes, and letters GPW stamped right above the F script.

Thanks, my tub is a script md juan repo. I was wondering if it's supposed to be there why didn't they put it?

Hello Gary,

That is a good question, maybe they will in the future ?
I would also point out that when the gas tank is installed, the stamping can not be seen.
If you really wanted one, maybe you could find a rough center trans hump, and cut out the small stamped area, and weld it in as a patch.
Just grind all the weld lines back smooth.

Also, that round flat stud head,to the above left in the first picture, usually has a F script stamped on it as well.
