FordGP Firewall Pad

Hi...Did the Ford GP have a Firewall Pad as production Fords...if so does anyone have the spec....photos, material etc...regards John

Hi, I think GP had no pad like MA or BRC, pls. someone confirm...

Mine had no evidence of a pad, also none listed in the parts manual. But, there was an undercoating type material above the engine on the outside of the fire wall where the body is recessed to accept the engine. This looked to be original.

Had a number of GPs over the years. Never saw a firewall pad in any of them.
