MA windshield size

Does the MA use the same inner windshield as the MB and the only difference being the outer windshield frame?

The size of inner frame itself is the same. But there are other smaller differences.

What are the other specific differences?
Can a standard MB inner windshield be used in place of an original in the meantime?
