I have a rebuilt engine with nos gauge and gaugesender
Its normal it has 20 lbs oil pressure on the gauge?

If that is at an idle and the engine is warmed up, I would say that is very good oil pressure.

I concur. Make sure you are using the right oil pressure sender and the 0-50 psig oil pressure gauge not the 0-80 unit used on Ford V-8s
