Joel, I have the lock you’re looking for. Do you have a set of original GPW top bows?

Am not interested in the lock you have, too many have tried to sell it too me and the reclusive owner wanted $5000.00.
You know the old adage "Too many cooks spoil the broth", it applies here.

Joel, I’m not asking $5000 for my CCKW Spare Tire Lock...I simply wanted to know if you were willing to trade something else for it, namely a set of original GPW top bows? Not a bad deal and far cheaper than some similar lock others have offered you.

I don’t know about others asking $5000 for one?

I’m probably one of a very, very few people who actually have the lock you’ve been searching many, many years for! I prefer to trade, like yourself. If you’re interested, let me know. I’m probably the only guy here who is willing to trade this lock thus assisting you gain posession of this very, very rare CCKW accessory!

Just trying to help Joel...no need to get so defensive with me.
