I wondered how many GP's per state. So I did a little search and this came from my "known" Feb. 2020 list. It is probably incorrect and as you are aware there are 418 or so on the list so there are about 200 of them where the [*]state info wasn't available. Some must certainly have moved and this count doesn't include the overseas GP's. Looks like Wisconsin was "the place" to find GP's at one time. But you knew that already.

Still lots of info missing on the list but I've got time. Anyone else want to add some info? List Input Here

Hi everyone don't really know where to post this question. I bought a 1947 8N tractor that does not have the original engine it would have started out with 8N. My block has a GP<->8788. So looking on the internet kinda lead me here believe it might be out of a surplus jeep. Any Help would be appreciated

That # 8788 is on David's list with a foto of the frame #, so someone is gunna want it.

See...this stuff sometimes seems to work. The more we know the more it benefits the hobby.

I have just been informed by the input form that there are two more yet previously undiscovered GP's to add to the list. Maybe some photos too at some point. The list stands at 422 of 4458. Getting closer to that 10% mark.

I have another list of other GP's that are by owner name only. I would love to add them but I don't have their permissions or contacts so... Those could bump the list up even more.

Oh well...keep sending them.

Edited 2/20/21 Since the post on 2/12/21 the list grew to 427 known.
