The caption say's
"According to research, the Jeep Bantam of Mrs. Dieu Co is one of 62 two-wheeled cars produced in 1941 by American Bantam Car Company that still exists today. The car was restored more than 10 years ago and it has become Dieu Co's loyal friend for nearly ten years."

welp, the first two experts I spoke to said it is a TRIBUTE BRC60..... made by someone looking at a picture or drawings....... both used the term "not proportional"......but I sure have studied the pictures. and yes, it is on a Willys frame.....but what if it is made from a BRC 60 body? all so far have said no...... even look at the steering support......

The vehicle in Vietnam appears to be a replica of the 1940 BRC Pilot, not a replica of the 1940 BRC production (70). Note the side entrance shaped to look like the Pilot, and the curved front fenders. It appears to be built on a Willys frame and drive train. Someone put a lot of work into this vehicle, and it looks good, but I believe it is a replica.

The "Vietnam car" looks to me larger and higher (e.g. grill) than the Bantam pilot. Some sections look like from Soviet GAZ 69. Lot of these were delivered to Vietnam in the 60-ies.
