MB-20360102 Cherry Point?

Post by Mark Tombleson » Sun Feb 12, 2023 9:31 am

Earlier this week TOM sent me some photos he wanted to put up.

"Mark If you could send me your E-Mail I can send you pictures of the markings of my 43 Jeep Original Blue Drab numbers 20360102 then there are 134617. I imagine that those are navy numbers, and then in yellow, there are numbers 3-964. There is a capital D in Yellow on both sides by the footstep, also there is a Circle on the hood I believe it could be a Cherry point emblem, that's why I thought it was possibly marine Corps.
I cannot post any pictures on the Gee but I could send them to you
Thank You
Tom "

Hello,

This looks like an awesome discovery, and likely the jeep's history.
Beautiful :D :D !
The USN number on the side matches the type in the picture.

Hopefully others can add more info !

Tom, can you post some more info on your jeep ?

Best Regards,
Ray
