I am assuming some type of radio tuner, but my Russian language skill is nonexistent!
Came out of a wrecked aircraft in Iraq. Couple of my Chiefs scavenged it and thought I might like it as a paperweight.
So, any of you guys know what it is? Possibly hazard a guess as to what type of aircraft it came out of?
Not a Jeep part, so my knowledge is not worth much. My jeeps do fly, but only cross-country!
Thanks!

Try a phone translator app. Take a pic of the words and hopefully it'll translate for you/us.

Words I come up with are:
Frequency (related to the numbers)
Spare
Basic
Maybe asking on the radio board as its likely commo gear.
