What is this antenna?
Signal Corps marked but no other markings.

The antenna is matched to the type radio it is connected to more than one type of aircraft.
The radio could be in a lot of different aircraft.
Localizer/marker beacons are used for instrument landings in bad weather.
The localizer indicates the center line of the runway the aircraft is on the approach to and the marker beacon beeps and a light flashes as the aircraft flies overhead to indicate how far the aircraft is from the approach end of the runway.
Not all aircraft have this radio.

Being that it's the same size as an AN-100, it's going to be found on anything as big as a C-45 or larger, that has the necessary radios.
