I have the core, here is the problem.
Truck would not run, no fuel to carb. Fuel to pump fine, nothing out the pump and no fuel on the floor. Removed pump and disassembled. Looked fine, replaced diaphragm and valves anyway as it was apart. Back together and once all screwed down the actuator (foot) when manually operated, diaphragm does not move up \ down. Does move up \ down before all screwed together. Even put the old diaphragm back same issue. I was expecting 'some' up \ down movement?
Suggestions \ ideas from the guru's
TIA
Martin.

Not sure had similar problem with a Halftrack but check to see if there is a push rod in the fuel pump opening coming from the cam

Hi Martin,
I might be asking the obvious but is the ‘hook’ on the pump arm correctly engaging with the eye on the top of diaphragm rod? There is a knack to getting that to engage as you screw the fuel pump together.
