Clutch disc direction

Double checking everything on scout car before putting trans back. Have put in clutch disc as shown in ordinance manual. Just to double check I found in another "shop data" a sketch showing the clutch disc turned the other way. Anyone know which is right? One side of clutch disc is inset the other has a protrusion. May this is where the sqealing comes from.

Raised part of the hub normally goes away from the Flywheel.
