WTB: M8/M20 Wheel Stud and Nuts, LEFT

I need the following:

1- Stud (Lug), Left B248685-B
1- Nut (holds stud to hub) A276964
1-Nut, Left ( lugnut) A283151-B

The thread size on the lug nut and the outer part of the wheel stud is 1 1/8” - 16. The inner part of the wheel stud is 3/4 - 16 Right Hand thread. Dorman has both LH and RH Lug Nuts and have the wheel studs that will work.
