GPW front shock mount, Gabriel shocks, dip stick

I need to find some parts for my 45 GPW project. Looking for an original driver's side front shock mount, Ford marked Gabriel shocks and a late version "F" marked dip stick.

Thanks but my right side mount is good. Bubba destroyed my left side mount.
