Generator "special" bolt
I need the "special" bolt (aren't they all??) and is at the top of the generator that the tension arm engages when it it drops down. It is 5/16 x 20, with a shoulder that is what the tension arm engages. Thanks!!

Re: Generator "special" bolt
I think what I did was use a standard bolt and slide a piece of brake tubing over it to create the shoulder for the hook to latch onto.

Yves,
I think what you want is in Luxembourg. Great price for everything you need.

Oldjeepbob,
Sorry, I thought Yves wanted this. Anyway it is on eBay and very reasonable for both the set and shipping.
The link is in the thread. I know the seller and he does his research, this is all correct. You can always replace the bolt with an original later.
Cheers,
Peter
