I have a rusty take-off that I bought so I could make a copy. I no longer need it as my ‘43 is too early for this, so maybe you can makes use of it. It needs a cover (flat piece of steel with two holes unit) new conduit (one simple bend) and new wire (sadly it was cut off). Acceptable elbows are available for the conduit (one was sawed off and the other end might fail if it's removed). One of the spot welded mounting tabs for the cover is missing too. The terminal board and capacitor are there as is my note telling what mounting hardware goes with the MB vs. the GPW. $25 plus large flat rate box if you let me bend the rusted out conduit to fit. It looks like it might be about the same cost to use a USPS shoebox.
