Summer to winter top conversion

I would like to turn my summer top into a winter top. I have the complete, original side curtains(new plastic added years ago) that came with the jeep when purchased. What I need is for someone to sew in the weather seal flaps and add the needed hardware. The jeep is a depot rebuild so practicality and functionality are the most important factors. It only needs to look good and perform well.
Does anyone know of someone who is capable of performing this task?
