Not looking for the Glove box data plates,

What I'm looking for is the Data plate that says the jeep has been Reconditioned or reconstructed

Which one are you looking for? There were 10 different firms who reconditioned jeeps for the US Government and all had their own style plate fixed on the dash. Plates are different size, have 2 or 4 screws and are in different locations on the dash per firm.

So it all depends on where the holes are in your dash!
