They will fit, but remember that the CJ seat frames don't have integral seat pans so the cushions for WW2 jeeps won't have anything to rest on so you will have to make or buy CJ/M38 type metal pans, or use plywood. WW2 jeep seats have steel pans that the cushions rest on, and the cushions are much thinner. Best to find/get/buy real CJ or M38 cushions in the first place.
I do not have any for you, but I just got a set of M38 cushions and foam from Weebee yesterday, and of course, they are the best on Earth. Probably in the entire Universe, although I have not seen those made off Earth, yet.

CJ2-A and CJ3A backrests are taller than MB/GPW, and the cushions and covers will be too.
