The number 2 rod and number 4 rod are the same, if that helps.

I still have one NOS, still in the original box with label, GPW 6201. It is a collectors item in it's own right. Same price as before: $175.

Re: gpw engine problem
Thank you for the offer. Thats a bit more then I can afford. But as a jeeper on SSI there is some difficulties. I will have to keep looking till I can afford a good used one. Of the 4 used ones I bought only 2 were usable. You did not mention if its a number 1 or 4 and thats what I need. Gotta be a good used one out there somewhere. So thanks for your post. old arkie

Just curious, did you not check the rods for straightness and damage before starting building? you can not see small bends, there is a tool for that job.

Those are Willys rods, not Ford, and appear to be Chinese (or something) made.W. Winget wrote: ↑Tue Sep 14, 2021 7:11 am#2 are $30 here:

Re: gpw engine problem
I gave the part number; GPW6201. If you don't know what rods you need, then your engine won't be happy. The rods I have are NOS in the original sealed and cosmoline dipped box; I would never open it.
GPW 6201 is for pistons #2 and 4; page 29 of your SNL.
