How would an « early » one be Vs a later one?

Not just different suppliers ? Or are there drawings claiming early and late features ?

Hello Everyone,

I have around 10 pcs NOS starting handles WAO-289 .. all have surface rust on them. Anyone interested can contact me @ teamjb2305@gmail.com as due to size issues can't upload images ...

Best!
