Mark,

If you mean riveted at the drain plug, I have one off of a '42 Americar. It will work but you will have to put a skid plate on it.

I have one off a 1942 script GPW. The riveted drain has welded bead around the drain. I don't know if this is correct or not. In any case,the oil pan is complete with skid plate;no dings.$35.00 FOB Pearland,Tx

Yes, but the one in the photo looks like it's been welded or soldered up. It should look like this one.

Pretty much all the ones I have seen had the « ugly » solder blob.

It’s really easy to clean if you want to, but it’s lrobably been like this since factory

There was a work order later to solder or weld over the riveted plug to stop leakage. Most of them you're going to find have been welded...-RG

Mine has been welded, originally i thought Bubba had been at it, thanks to this post, i now know otherwise.
