What is the late feature you are looking for? A-450 vs A-8898. I have a few clean take offs from unused Gov't Rebuilt WWII axles.

A-450 is what I am looking for. Looking for 12 of them. Could you send me some photos?

Also looking for 12 original brake drums.

Thanks.

What is the difference between the A-450 and A-8898? Actually A-450 is earlier. Most have Bendix Stamped with separate hole for the bleeder. Be careful as post war with the oil return hole and later with the teardrop shape hole for the bleeder will be found on some surplus G-503 axles.

I went back and looked at the Bill of Material and it calls for a A-450. So that is what I am looking for. Do you have any? Thanks.

Don't know exactly. But the later one is a Bendix #47054. This is the one I am looking for:

OK. Cool. If you have any brake drums (Kelsey-Hayes 24566) or any brake shoes with Bendix part numbers, please let me know. Thanks.

Are you looking to buy them all in one lot? I MAY have one or two. I may also have a brake drum, but it's likely a Ford one, and also likely machined but exceeds tolerance, so not good for anything other than static display or trailer.

Hi Luke. I would be interested in any quantity. So 1 is OK. (It would be 1 less I need to find.) But I am not looking for a Ford marked one.

My 44 MB Jeep has 4 of these backing plates. I started a post the other day asking about these. It also has what looks to be Bendix shoes. Are they original from Willy's during the war years?
