2"receiver hitch
Does anyone know if there is a 2" receiver hitch mounting bracket available for the M274? I'd like to pull a small trailer behind it in parades so if the vets get tired they can sit down. Thank you! Russell

There was no hitch for them, they were not ment to tow things. You can make up a hitch that clamps to the cage to tow trailers. Be mindful of how much towing weight you want the cage to handle. I towed a 1400 lb hit miss engine with mine with no problems, but I would not go heavier than that.

If you’re looking for seating, why not just lower the rails on the deck?

Great suggestion Major. Unfortunately, my experience in changing and repairing rails most often points to can I loosen the steel bolt that is threaded into an aluminum block with out snapping something. Heat and penetrating oil can help..
Perhaps a platform of 2x4’s and a sheet of plywood built to the height of the rails with a foam rubber pad covered in canvas could do the trick. Put the platform on the deck when needed or store it leaning up against the wall in the garage when not needed

I use to make and sell these, but the liability is too high now. Pretty simple to make your own.
