Check with TGA (Trent) on this board, he may be able to provide an axle assembly. As far as a foot basket, that is a hard item to find, especially one with the pedals.

Thanks for the lead. Unfortunately a lot of the parts seem to be in the Midwest or East Coast, and I'm in Kalifornia.

I can fab the pedals if needed, the basket itself is a little more challenging.

Eastern Surplus has a foot basket for sale for $129. When I looked at shipping to me in Maryland, I think it was close to $100. Not sure about west coast. On their site, search for "basket" and it will come up.

Saw that, thanks. Hard to choke and pay $150 to ship to West Coast.

I bought a lot of stuff from Eastern, and his shipping is OUTRAGEOUS ! I have found that calling up on the phone and doing a piss and moan routine will sometimes help.

I would check with Grumman Flier before I called Dave at eastern and see what he has. Good luck!

I'm gonna text you a picture of a driver side foot bar that I bent up and when I get to my "good" computer, I'll post a picture of it here as well in case anybody else is interested. No wonder they want only $129 bucks for the one you saw. It's been stripped and its bent all to hell.

Grumman Flier is correct, all of the foot baskets Dave has left are the picked over ones that nobody wanted. Grumman flier can bend up a new basket that would look like NOS. Take a look at his stuff.
