hey, one of my mules has a single wire alternator that i use just for lights... that pull start is getting old on me, so i have a brand new starter,,, then,,, what size 12 volt tractor battery should i use...? my other mule has a regular car battery and that thing is just to big looking under that bed,,,... terrill .

I just use a small garden tractor style battery on my current mule. Electric start, no alternator, no lights. I just keep a battery tender connected to it when it's parked.

Group 51 batteries are small, for car batteries, and have lots of capacity.
