Sloped foot basket

Not to hijack another thread, but it got me thinking. We have all seen some of the early stock photos of the first mules with the angled steering gearbox up at the steering wheel as well as the sloped foot basket. My question is did the sloped foot basket make it into production on the M274 original mules, or did it go the way of the angled steering gearbox?

XM274 only, never never made it into production.
