I have a Cadillac engine that has been in my father's garage for the past 65 years. It is generally complete with transmission and needs a good home.
It does not have the fan drive shaft. The engine is not seized and I don't think it would take much to get it started. It is located in Southern CA.
Regards, Earl

Re: LVT-3 Engine needs a home
The Cadillac engine number appears to be:
4G2976
Bureau of Ships engine number appears to be:
43396
The Transmission number maybe 525 based on a screwed on tag.
This engine has a rich patina of dust but it will clean up easily and I think run with a good carb service.
In addition to the radiator fan shaft the interconnect tube for the exhaust manifold is also missing. I think it was present when I retrieved the engine but I did not realize at the time that it was a part of it.
