Vehicles recovered in Aurora, CO, now in police impound yard awaiting crime scene investigation. Have not seen weasel or personal truck to assess any damage. Thanks to all for keeping an eye out for this weasel. Local news report led to someone seeing this weasel and trailer on side street.

Re: BOLO stolen weasel in CO.
John,
Sent you and Jim email on TT project. Need to drive back to CO to pick up weasel and return to GA so that we can return to CO and drive back F250 after it gets it's ignition repaired. Unbelievable is not the word. Not so much the theft and recovery, but it is unbelievable what the insurance company's position is on this event.
Bottom line, we would have been better off financially if the vehicles were never recovered and they had to pay a $40k claim then how we are now out of pocket thousands of dollars for them to replace one door lock and one ignition cylinder.
Yes, unbelievable is the word. But, I'll take the high road and not mention the insurance company's name in a public forum. Afterall, mayhem like this, does happen.

Re: BOLO stolen weasel in CO.
Weasel at home in Winston, GA Now to figure out what the heck it is, what we got, and what the order of attack will be. This one has a really nicely fabricated metal top with sliding glass windows and doors, but it has to go for my desired final look. If anyone has any interest in it, they are welcome to it. It will have to get cut off the weasel body, but, if done, slowly, is a nice top for someone.
