This said, a vehicle with a T-24 body plate with a number “1305” is the 303th M-29 produced?

Thank you!

T15/M28: 766 Produced
Rear Engine, 2-seater- Most parts unique vs. other Weasels. No float tanks, but rear had cargo compartments attached.
T24: 1002 Produced
Front Engine, 4 Seater, No Float Tanks- Most parts are interchangeable with M29/M29C and looks almost identical to M29. Some unique items
M29: 3474 Produced
Front Engine, 4 Seater, No Float Tanks- Most parts are interchangeable with T24/M29C. Very few unique items.
M29C: 10,647 Produced. 4 Seater, Essentially the same as M29 except the addition of all the swimmer/float items such as float tanks, rudders, swim skirts, Braden winch etc. That being said- float equipment is quite rare. Most were discarded after the war as farmers didn't use float equipment.

The majority of what is left is M29C models missing their float/swimmer equipment.

Weasels have body tags and Data Plates. Its my understanding that the SERIAL NUMBER is what you go off of for unit produced. The body tag number does not match the serial number.
