I believe Sean Elliot was making them a long time ago, but I don't think he has been heard from in quite some time. Maybe reach out to Joes Motor Pool and see if theirs will fit originals?

I don't have the glass, but I have these parts for speedometers.

I would proceed as for a body/tub repair: use tin soldering and sand paper afterwards. The bezel is very easy to solder.

Re: slat grill Speedometer bezel
I have not had any luck with mig welding holes in other thin metals like reflector bezels but I have had luck with brazing (brass) in them. I imagine that braizing would work.Has anyone had success welding hole in bezel?
The only thing is if you overdo it and put too much down you end up with a lot of filing or sanding to get the right shape back in those items.

Maybe bead blast clean then solder in a strip of metal? That too could work.
I mean if you have this and no other available I think it could be fixed.

This bezel should nicely fit with your speedo.
