AIR DEFLECTOR HOLES AND BOLTS

Post by baxterwood » Thu Feb 11, 2021 4:42 am

Hi All,

Can anyone fill me in with the location of the holes on each fender to secure the air deflectors to, I have the Jeep Draw drawings for both but neither show the Slat holes - I need the distance from the hole centres to the fender front edge?

On the same subject, what type of fitting was used to secure the air deflectors to the fenders, hex bolt? domed bolt? pan head bolt? or something completely different??

Thanks,
Peter

Have you tried jeepdraw.com? His plans at $2 USD per are to perfect scale.

Thanks James,

I did mention that I had the jeep Draw fender drawings but, as I said, they do not show the air deflector holes - unless I have missed another drawing on Jeep Draw.

You sure did. I missed that. Maybe contact Jon directly and see if he can help you with that. He’s very helpful.

Hey Peter!
They used slotted pen head bolts, as can be seen in the previous picture posted by Adam. As far as measurements, I hope that these pics help:
